6 Important Factors For Our Health I learned the Hard Way

Physical Exercise--- The least you can do is walk at least 3 times a week for  at least one hour. Running, jogging or dancing maybe  appealing  to you.  For those who are  goal oriented  Martial Arts is one of the best exercise you can engage in, because it is a progressive way to attend a specific goal to help you succeed.

Take Nutritional supplements- multivitamins, minerals phytonutrients, anti-oxidants-- they are essential for the proper functioning of our organ systems, and to neutralize free radicals  that  cause degenerative diseases including cancer.

 Proper Diet --avoid much fat  and salty foods, avoid  food with a lot of sugar; take  fruits and vegetables; drink a lot of water; be sure your body is in an alkaline state.  What I learned is that cancer cells love  sugar, red meat,  and acidic body state.

Your Emotional Health -- affects your physical state.  If you are happy you function well.  If you are  sad, angry  or  stressed out , your physical condition suffers.  It is important to have sympathetic support of your family , close friends and  groups that you enjoy to associate with. If you have all these support, you may not need   anymore the help of a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.

Spiritual Health --is  so important  to give you peace , hope and faith and in communion with  The Almighty on this planet earth and beyond.

Financial Health - is important because we need money to survive, pay our bills, relieve our emotional stress to meet our daily obligations  and to fund any charity we support  and fund any mission we have in life.
        Our job makes us a living, but building a residual income makes us a fortune.

Keep Doing Something -- what you believe is useful for your life and well-being  which gives you also mental exercise  and physical exercise of your upper and lower  extremities   and improve your social relationships.  For me I like network marketing, using the computer  and cell phone.
